E.G.
Latest Post Widget only show news category
Blog page only show article category

As for your blog page… you don’t really need to… why don’t you just use the URLs of your specific categories… Like so:

http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/aqua/category/bespoke-solutions/

You can also use Tags for the same purpose!
