If you want a custom blog page that you can edit you should simply create a new page, edit it and make sure you add the “boc_blog_list” shortcode in a text element like so:

I have a blog listing page which where I added a couple of elements with visual composer and added a post grid but on the front end it’s a classic mode without all these elements, just a listing of all the blogs with posts. https://www.estarregistry.com/wp/blog-estarregistry/

Also when I click on preview of this page in the back end, it opens a preview of the home page and not the blog listing page.
