As per the title, the blog post grid is not showing the excerpt when using visual composer. I’ve also set the excerpt separately, it’s still not showing.

In the event of limiting the excerpt string and stripping the shortcodes you may experience unexpected behaviors like this since the WP engine both strips shortcode tags and limits the actual text… That’s what the excerpt field is for. :)
