I have the sidebar layout set by default for blog posts.

But by default no sidebar is showing and I can’t find a global setting to change this.

How can I globally set all blog posts to show the default sidebar?

The only way I can currently see is to do this one by one.

Posts do show the default sidebar out of the box, are you sure you have something added to it?
Go to Appearance->Widgets and check please.

I see on both posts “Fortuna Default Sidebar” as the active sidebar, how did you manually set it for the one that actually shows it?

I’ve been trying different things, it now seems to work, but only if I go into a post and republish it.
