I’ve been customizing my copy of the theme for one of my businesses but at the bottom part of the page near the footer is a block of blank area. I checked the HTML code in the editor and didn’t notice anything to cause the program.

I attached a screenshot of it, any feedback would be helpful.

Yes, this is the default status.. to get rid of edit your page, add this to the TEXT editor, not VISUAL:
