I reckon it is because of the number of the words that box sizes are not the same. Even the space between the boxes should be the same. How can I solve this problem? I m speaking about the blue boxes in the BENEFITS section

Simple – you don’t have the almost transparent borders of that column box. Check the rest of them. You have like 15px of almost transparent borders set for them, that’s what’s pushing them apart. :)
