I would like the buttons to be at the bottom of the columns when the browser is resized. Right now the buttons end up in different spots which looks odd.

If the latter then if your texts are not exactly the same length you may always have a line or two of misalignment when you resize the window but that’s just expected behavior… Absolutely aligning the buttons to the bottom of the columns in not recommended as it may have unexpected and much worse consequences in different screen size devices.
