I have close and open the browser and also restarting the laptop but I cannot.

I have not added any code or something else which can cause this issue.

I was thinking that I should have a kind of plugin update but there is not anyone.

Besides, I am working directly to the Main Theme, so, I am not sure if upgrading the full theme will affect all the work. what should I also do if I want to upgrade the Theme but I am working directly to the main Theme?

Looking at your page now, which one is causing the problems, the one that loads the NO IMAGE image? What images did you add to that one, I can see that the one below works fine…

Below I explained the process and the errors:

1. You could see that NO_IMAGE appears in the Aplicaciones Residenciales part

2. I entered to my dashboard and you could see that the Carousel already have ID´s for the images but they dont appear.

3.I click Add in the Carousel item and the image shows what I only see, no action after that is perfomed and it does not let me to Add Images to the Carousel (it lets me to add New images to my library but not to set them to the Carousel).

About the Theme_Child, how I should use the Them Child when I am already using the Main theme? I only select the Child and evertyhing will be as it is now or I will lost data?

Clear those selections and make new ones with the existing images in the library or upload the ones you want to see. :)

Let me see some Login credentials so i can take a look at what’s going on.
No data will be lost when u switch themes, you will need to set your Theme options again, also select the active menu. For the Theme options, Export them from the main theme then import them in the Child theme. You will also need to add your widgets as they are based per theme. :)

I just investigated your image carousels in a test page – I can see you replaced the carousels with normal images in your page…

The result is rather strange, you get some Admin error in admin-ajax.php, check your console when trying to add images to your carousel:

This is a general Dashboard script that errors out and it is not theme related, the issue is that it contains all your Dashboard functionality + it gives ERROR 500 so it’s hard to understand what exactly blows up. You can look at your server logs to try to find out more.
