Can't change blog layout

I keep trying to change my blog to the blog grid layout it keeps displaying the standard blog layout.

Hi Kevin,

The grid layout is nothing but a regular Page with a Post Grid element in it. So simply create a Page, customize it anyway you please, add the grid to it and you are good go.

I tried making the default blog page the grid page but when I do it makes it the regular layout.

Unset your default Blog page, then simply use the newly created page as your Blog home.

So just link to it but don’t set it as the blog page in settings?

Yes, you are correct that it will be a good idea to add it as a default Blog Layout option though.

That’s the issue. When I make it the default layout it changes back to the standard blog layout.

Well currently the default blog only displays it in the list way… The grid view is like I said just a normal page that has a Post Grid element inside of it. Will take a note to add this as a feature.
