I’m using some tabs to show content, like the first tabs section on this page http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/fortuna/tabs/, and i would like to center tabs. Left tabs, with minimal style is not too fancy. Is it possible to center them?

You could, try adding this to your Theme Options->Custom Styles:

.newtabs {
     text-align: center;
}
.resp-tabs-list li {
    float: none;
}
.resp-tabs-container {
    text-align: left;
