1) I do not know how to change background picture in the page “http://homeportmed.com/index.php/videos/” which is the blue background picture

2)why the footer shows vertically? How to change it into a horizontal style just like the demo shows.

1. It’s not a picture really, it’s a custom color gradient, check here:

2. You have simply added to many elements in the first column of your footer widget areas. Make sure you organize the widgets nicely. :)
