I just want to translate/change the text “read more” in the home blog carousel on fortuna wordpress theme.

Hi there,

What language would you like to translate it to?
You can find the translatable files in your languages folder.
You may want to translate all theme strings in your language, then create your own lang files, then switch your WP language in the Dashboard and the new language strings will show up.

Hi!

I want to translate it to spanish, but i’m not interested in translate all theme strings, I just want to change specifically that, where can I edit that text?

well you can edit your \includes\shortcodes\vc\boc_posts_carousel.php then and replace your:

__('Read more','Fortuna')
