I cannot find it neither in Theme Options Header nor General nor on Page itself.
When editing this Page, I cannot find any block with this image to change it there.
I’m not talking about background image – I use Wrapper Full Wide, not boxed.
I’m talking about main picture/image that appears on main menu page on the top and is on full wide upper place.

It’s in the Row settings, Design options tab, Background. :)
It’s usually there, or in the first tab -> Parallax, or in the Background Tab.
