When the footer is set to Normal and I change the Main color (in Customize) to any other than the default one the footer goes away on all pages. If I change it back to the defeault color, it comes back. With the footer se to “fixed” i works fine.

Ideas?

I strongly suggest you upgrading to 1.2 as there are quite a few bugs fixed since v 1.01.
If you haven’t made changes to any of the files all you need to do is simply overwrite the theme files. :)
