Every time I try it the font color stays dark grey even The font colour is set to #fffff in Fortuna Options.

Why would you use the Transparent Menu if you are to have a 100% opacity? You need the regular header’s background set to black then, no? May I see your URL and please explain what you are trying to achieve? :)

The sticky header is black background and dark grey font, that can barely be seen. I want to change the sticky header font to be white.
