I have a little problem with the plugin Contact Form 7.
I bought the Fortuna’s theme and installed the theme. After that, when I install the plugin, Contact Form 7, my wordpress (version 4.3) doesn’t works. When the plugin is active, the wordpress inside pages appears in white.

How I can solve it?

May I see your URL please? What exactly do you mean by “my wordpress (version 4.3) doesn’t works”? Some credentials possibly would be good too to see what happens when the plugin is activated (use a Private Reply). :)

My problem is when I install the plugin Contact Form 7.
If I activate the plugin, I can’t change anything, because the page of WordPress configuration is a white page. It’s all white.
Is it possible that the theme has a problem with the plugin and WordPress version 4.3?

I see a Under Dev. page and you haven’t sent me credentials to login and see what the problem is…. :)

Not really, the theme was developed under 4.3 and Contact Form 7 was working just fine with it. Could there be a conflict with another plugin. The easiest way to find out is – switch on Debug mode – https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

And let’s see the error once you activate the plugin. I cannot turn it on for you even if i have WP credentials, you need FTP to edit your wp-config.php file. Let me know. :)
