Contact page email not sending

The contact page is not sending email. I checked your forum for advice and tried the check-email plug-in suggested however I have not received an email. Can you please recommend a solution. thank you.

Hi there,

Then the answer is simple – no operating mail server at your end. If you are working locally – this is normal, if you are on a live server – simply contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Well… i don’t see how it’s the form’s problem if the check-email plug-in doesn’t succeed in getting an email through…
Make sure you tell them that and have them check the logs. The theme uses the default WP_mail function, nothing fancy about it.

Again, the problem is not on the theme side. WordPress itself uses the wp_mail function when sending admin mails to you (upon creating your blog for the first time for example).
This is really not serious from your hosting to transfer the responsibility to some plugin or the theme. The link you send me is related to ninjaforms plugin, a plugin that we don’t even use!
I would try with a different email account (gmail) and if you still don’t receive system mails (via the wp_function, which the theme uses as well and is pretty standard) complain to your hosting again and require that they elevate this to an IT specialist instead of just regular support.
