I’ve got my Contact page setup to use the Contact Page template, and have the sidebar ‘Contact Details’ chosen from the dropdown box in the page layout area.

However the widget does not show on my page here: http://www.linkaccountants.com.au/contact/

Why sould this be?

The reason is that the Contact Page template already has a premade widget sidebar area. Go to Appearance->widgets and you will see it – Savia Contact Sidebar. Use that instead to place widgets on your contact page. :)

In the Savia Contact Sidebar, how do I make the email address clickable, I tried to enter this into the email field:

info@linkaccountants.com.au

but it prints that, but when I put in just info@linkaccountants.com.au it does not make it clickable?
