I have a issue with some default in line styling being carried over into my current contact us page. Can’t seem to get rid of it.

Make sure you click on the Page Settings Icon – some inline CSS might be still there form the Demo – simply get rid of it. :)
Since you said triangle… I thought you might be speaking of the green triangle on one of the Rows? This is not CSS – it is set under Row settings -> Effect tab -> Seperator.
