Items I would like to do:
- have the social media and search bar go to the bottom, right above the menu bar
- increase the font on the email and phone
- add two “buttons” one would be something like “Schedule Free In-Home Consultation” that links to our contact us page and the other would be a 5-star button that links to our review page.

Sure, you can override your header.php template in your Child theme then modify the HTML anyway you like. Then you can style the elements with CSS.

The header.php is in the main folder of the theme – \wp-content\themes\Aqua\header.php
You should check out some online tutorials about how you can create a Child theme, then override a template from your parent theme in your Child theme. It’s pretty simple really, there are plenty of tuts online on how to do it. :)
