Hello Team,

When i am going to update demo theme data then i am getting a message “Data could not be imported”. Please resolve my issue ASAP.

I follow Theme Options->Import Options

Hi again,

Simply ask your hosting provider to increase your limits for you, like I said in the other post maybe they limit your server at a lower level so that you cannot increase it with some lines of code! This is what they usually do. Kindly ask them to increase the limitations only for a few minutes so you can import the Demo, or send them the demo file and ask them to import it for you.

Hello Team,

I have increased the limit and memory size as per our requirement but still i am getting same issue. Please look for it and resolve my issue. It is already too delay in project due to this issue.

Obviously you haven’t if you still cannot import the Demo, like I said maybe you are having a lower level limitation of some sort. If you provide us with an FTP access + DB name + user/pass we could do a manual import of the Demo for you.

According to company policy, i can’t share FTP access with you. Please guide/ help me in details to import data. You can tell me all steps where action or any activity will be perform via FTP or DB.

I can provide DB details if required or it is enough for you to resolved issue.. please let me know for share DB details.

Hi again,

The process of uploading the Demo data is pretty straightforward and I already explained it to you. Obviously you are short on resources if you are getting an error while trying to import it.

Create a new FTP user that can only access the target directory for us, we won’t be able to touch anything else but add the Actual site for you.

We cannot distribute the Dublicator data files as they contain sensitive data to us.
Your other option is rather simple if your hosting doesn’t respond to your kind requests to temporarily increase the limits for you – Simply import the Demo data to your localhost (on a local computer) where you have full control over your server limitations, then play around with the Demo and then use Duplicator plugin to create a virtual image of the whole thing and migrate it to production.
