although my headline fonts (h2s / h3s) are set to Montserrat in the Fortuna Options, they are being displayed as Lato.

The font works fine on the buttons.

Also if I want to update the dynamic “read more” link on blog posts to another language, what file do i need to change?

Then simply change the active language in your Dashboard.
