I use a shared hosting plan and they will not lift the limits in my PHP file.

I created a login and password for someone to go in an upload by FTP if you are willing.

Let me know if you can do this and I will post the login/password.

What if you set things up locally and then move them using the Duplicator plugin? :)
IT will take you 15 minutes if you have a localhost server setup…

You simply setup your theme and import the Demo on your localhost where you have full access to your server limitations.
Then install the Duplicator plugin, create a package that will contain everything then install the package on your prod environment. :)
