demo installation- multilingual

hi
i have a problem with demo installation. i saw other discusion and understood i have to contact to my web hosting and wants to increase memory limitation to 256 Mb ( what memory limitation is needed?)
if i can’t fix it , post it again.
but my problem is
when i was installing demo , images uploaded but no page post or slider upolad and install.
and in order to instruction {
Step 1 – Go to Tools > Import in your Dashboard.
Step 2 – Click on WordPress then Choose file and locate within the Fortuna package you unzipped: DemoData/fortuna.wordpress.2015-09-04.xml. Click Upload and Import.
etc. } run it again while you say { You should run the importer only once. Should any errors occur during the import…} . is this a problem??
my next question is important too.
i want to have a multilingual web site and i dont want to use WPML or any other plugin and want to install 3 wordpresss in one data base . my question is that i can install demo on 3 wordpress and i can have update for them ( i really dont know this question is true or not beacause this is first time i bought a permium theme and hear purchase code run in one wordpress)

my problem is not fixed-my web hosting increase my max_execution_time and memory_limit to 180-256mb but still not installed. what do i to do? please answer

Hi there,

You probably have some images imported and that’s when the import fails, in the middle of importing the Images, that’s why it doesn’t get to the posts/pages as the server memory runs out. did you manage this with your hosting? This is what you need to have:

memory_limit = 512M
max_execution_time = 180
upload_max_filesize = 50M
post_max_size = 50M
max_input_vars = 6000

If you have this running the import will work for sure.

As the the multiple imports – yes, it’s a good idea you cleanup whatever has been halfway imported before another import so you don’t end up with some unneeded duplicates.

As for your multilingual website – you want to have separate installations for your different languages? I don’t have experience with this, I probably wouldn’t want to manage 3 different websites though. If you still want to though it’s OK license-wise, if they are on the same domain.

hi . my hosting said this config cant run on a share host. they ask me tell you that this config for installing demo , it’s a Temporary config ( for installing demo ) or a permanent config. if a permanent config they can’t help me . please help me

No, just temporary so you can import the Demo. You won’t need this big resources in general

Unfortunately , despite allocate the sources said, {

demo not installed.
what to i to do man? please heeeeeeeeeeeeelp ;(
the only things uploaded are images!!!

Well exactly, if it only goes for like a minute then the directives are not really changed then!
Did your hosting provider assist you with this? Ask them to, it’s their job to help you.
Call them and explain the issue to them and ask them to perform the import for you.

i’ve called them and said that config exactly similar to your config.
my hosting is honest & trustworthy.
u can install my demo? please help me

Like I said, it’s not up to me to install it as I don’t have access to your server settings, if I could I would already have installed it for you, obviously they are not setting up something right. They could be honest & trustworthy but maybe they are omitting something in the settings.
Let me see your FTP details + WP details in a private reply. What hosting are you using?
