Looks like your import went half way through. Basically the scenario described here:

I am pretty sure you are reaching one of your hosting directive limits, simply ask them to increase those for you even temporarily for the import.

As for the theme version, sure I will update it for you but I need FTP access in order to upload the theme files. :)

I will try to explain again. Fortuna’s Demo is big as it includes a lot of pages & Media(images etc), so the limitations of your server block it. I cannot change your server restrictions that your hosting provider has set for each user. They have to do it for you, and you need to ask them to temporarily increase the limitations of your server so that you can import the DEMO! If they are as kind as my hosting providers they would even import it for you (will take them minutes once they increase the limits), you are paying for your hosting so they should adequately reply to you in a timely manner. Once they do we can go on with the rest! As soon as you send me the FTP access I will update your theme for you.

If you are to still try yourself, add the lines I showed you above in the beginning of your wp-config.php. I would still talk to the hosting guys first as like I said they may have restrictions on a lower level.
