You mean the retina version or the normal one?
Normal one – the same is used as for the desktop and for retina you can upload a different one via theme settings.
If you want a different one for the regular mobile version you may need to do some coding, override the header.php template in your Child theme, then in it where the logo gets loaded you need to add a check for mobile (wp_is_mobile() method) and load a different logo (you can hardcode the path to your child theme’s img file for example).
