I activated on an image the lightbox effect. When I click on that image, it opens two lightbox’s.

How can I fix that?

What image is this? A VC image element? Where did the other lightbox come from? Do you have any plugin or addon that might be causing it? May I see your URL please? :)

VC introduced their own Pretty Photo functionality… Nothing to worry about, to use the theme default lightbox simply use the “Link to Large image” instead. :)
