I’m having issues with the edit page. The page is “http://humancelldesign.zanatan.com/endoc-bh1-gc1/”. When I edit it, I get all the short codes but my WPbakery builder is no more operating. Could you please help as soon as possible as I need to present the website in 2 days now …!
I’m not sure about the origin of this problem but this could be because of the latest WordPress update and I need the new versions of Parallax & Video Backgrounds for Visual Composer and WPBakery Page Builder.
This is very urgent, sorry for that, but thanks a lot in advance for your help.

One last thing : it seems that all my previous messages, including access cides, are public, could you check that and if this is th case remove them fromm the public section ?

Great, you also have an option in the WPB Settings to disable gutenberg if the builder doesn’t show. Made those replies private for you. :)
