How to properly set image that will be showed when the page is shared on facebook? I tried several add ins and it is always random image from page. Also tried with featured image, doesn’t work properly either.

You may want to edit your header.php template and add a meta tag that will describe the image to be used in FB. I would first try wtih plugins that do this:
