If I add a full page container and put my content within in and then set the feature image the text appears to the right of the image…

If I remove the featured image the text for the portfolio page is properly full screen.

How do I get a full screen image at top with content full width below it?

this one? If yes, did you follow the instructions on how to get the extra templates going, installing the custom post type templates plugin, then selecting the template on a portfolio item basis etc? :)

I have installed and activated the custom post template but when I create a new portfolio item under “post template” it says “this theme has no available custom post templates”

What am I missing here?
