Hi,

I want to use 4 columns in the footer, not 4.
In your online documentation you have a function to set it in theme options -> footer.
But in my version there are the settings for “Footer BGR Color” and “Footer Fixed Position”.
How can I change this?

Thx
Andreas

Hi there Andreas,

You want to use how many columns instead of 4 again (check your question)?
You are right though, we removed the option in the Theme Options for footer columns, now they are dynamic, basically we display only as many columns as you have widgets in their corresponding widget areas. So if you head over to Appearance->Widgets you will see the available 4 footer columns, if you remove everything from one of them you should only see 3 columns. Hope that makes sense!
In the mean time we’ll update the documentation.
Don’t hesitate to ask us should you have any more questions or issues since our theme is really fresh and we’d love to hear from you, feedback is very important for us!

I think he meant three. You kind of answered that in my previous post. The issue involved for me is getting the three all evenly spaced. Ie, I didn’t see an option to remove one widget and get the three to space evenly. Not sure if I got his question right, but that is what I was looking for.

Hi,

In fact I just tested and placement seems fine with 3 columns, although the left alignment makes them seems like they are off…
May I see your URL please?
kinziegreen, I just saw you are using our Aqua theme, not Alea. I am replying to your post in your Aqua thread.
