						<p>I like adding footer menu&#8217;s to the bottom right on the same line as the copyright statement.  What would you recommend for this theme, especially in responsive mode?  Would I place the html in the same areas on the footer.php page (brought over into the child theme folder) where the footer _icon stuff is?</p>

<p>Yes, you are on the right track. I would copy over my footer.php to the child theme and modify anything you want in there. Responsive mode CSS works the same way as regular one, simply introduce some media queries in your Child theme CSS for it.
