Are you using the Custom Google Map VC element (it allows you to upload any marker you want)?
If you are using the default contact Page template instead you can overwrite that image in your Child theme in order to replace the default. I suggest you use the Custom Google Map VC element instead on a regular Page Template as it offers more flexibility, of course that’s up to you though. Good luck! :)
