I was wondering if you can add an ID to each tab to say link an image from the first tab to tab 18?

We want the images in the ALL Tab to link to a specific numbered tab?

The tabs already have Id’s, the IDs are generated based on the tab labels, in your case 1,2,3 …
If I were you I would devise a JS function that would take in the tab ID or sequence #(if you use sequence # you would avoid possible ID collisions). Then upon clicking your images you would call that method and within it you would imitate a click on the corresponding tab.
Don’t forget to use a child theme and enqueue your custom JS separately so you don’t lose it upon theme update.
