There’s a few things you should do, I checked your backend.
First you need to update your WPB Editor, you have a really old version.

Delete the existing one and install this one from a file.
Then you can disable the Gutenberg editor or switch between Gutenberg and the WPB editor.
You should then be able to see your shortcodes. :)
