I’m using the PushLive Plugin (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/pushlive/) for staging. Works pretty cool – the only thing that’s not pushing are Fortuna Options. After pushing to the live site I have to export Fortuna Options and re-import them on the live site.

Any chance to store them in the DB to “reactivate” them automatically after pushing?

Not really familiar with this plugin, but yes – theme options are stored in the DB, only probably in a different way than this plugin expects.
We are using Option Tree for our theme options, you may ask the PushLive devs if they are willing to support exporting those options as well.
Generally it would be a one time thing (merging the options), no?
