This is the Contact Page template you are using here, not the custom Google Map VC element.
To change the default marker on this map you need to overwrite the images/custom_marker1.png file in your Child theme. The other way would be to simply use a regular Page template and use the Custom Map element, then add the columns, form etc. Send me your credentials here in a private reply (you have the option below) if you still need help figuring it out.

So I just checked, you are using the coordinates instead of the Address.
The Geocoder functionality of Google maps (the same one that allows for a custom marker) currently works only with an address. Let me rework that for you so that a marker is shown with coordinates as well.
Please edit your \fortuna\includes\shortcodes\vc\boc_gmap.php and replace:
