Also, is there an HTML code or CSS Style which i can use to get an overlay over an image box (Visual Composer)

also, there is this one tiny triangle above this Header text, how do i change it to match the color . I know the hex color. its the traingle right about the bottom text “Schedule More”

You can add color overlays via the 4 tab (Effect) of the Row settings. You have to set the BGR image using the 3rd tab if you want to do that though as these 2 tabs are a part of the Parallax & Video Backgrounds for VC plugin!

The arrow – same thing – go over to the Effect Tab -> Separator!

The Rev slider buttons – yes, if you are to use your Theme color you have to tweak it a bit, you can try with the default classes – they should be safe to use:
