It’s a WP Core color picker issue with the option tree plugin we are using for theme options. We are also waiting for the update from the vendors, till then edit your file

\includes\ext\option-tree\assets\css\ot-admin.css

and comment out this in it:

.hide-color-picker {
display: none;
}
