I have it set in my “Customize” menu to what I wnat, but things like the breadcrumbs and Cubmit button on the contact page still show the blue default color on hover. Is there a global defualt HiLite color that I can change for everything?

It’s the following section below the Main Menu Styles – Colors, set your Main Theme Color there! Then for the separate sections you may need to add parameters like main_color and accent_color, check your documentation for more! :)
