Hi,

We’ve installed many themes before finally choose Aqua Theme. We really like it but we are having some problems with it, mainly with the homepage. Sometimes it get lost, I mean, it disappears.

We are “developing/designing” a government webpage which should be multilingual. To solve this, we had choosen polylang plugin but once we had installed it, everything got mixed up. This is a plugin with no troubles, I’ve proved it many times in other websites and it has always worked fine but this time the home page finally disappeared and we couldn’t do anything to get it back. The only way to make it works, was going back to a previous version but we still having the same problems with the home page that we had at first, sometimes you can see it and sometimes you don’t.

I’m sorry I’m taking too long to explain the problem but it’s something I can not understand and I’m trying to do my best to communicate it. So, after all of this, do you have any idea why is this happening? Is there anything we can do to solve the home page issue? Is it possible that some back-end files are causing this problems? And, if it is, what can I do?

Thanks in advance and kind regards,
Lourdes Barra.

I can see your page just fine. An issue like the one you described (occurring sporadically) is in no way related to the code, code (meaning WP installation and Theme etc) is consistent, and doesn’t act randomly. I would look into my hosting provider next time you experience a problem, maybe the service is temporarily down or smth.
