I’m using Fortuna theme for the past 1 year and very much love with it. But when I tried to checked to change the alt of website logo image, its showing the Site Title used for the website. Is there any method to change the alt of website logo to that used for the alt for that image?

Sure, find this in your header.php template of the theme:

alt="<?php bloginfo('name'); ?>"

and change it anyway you please. I would override the template in my child theme. :)
