You want an external image set as your Row backgruond? Why would you want that? You could do so with some custom CSS, by default Visual composer only lets you set one via your Media library, I would also advise you to do that.

May I see your URL please, the icon boxes get center aligned under 768px and they should align vertically… your screenshot does look weird indeed.

Now i saw why your side icon elements are centered, you added the “center” class to the row, add it only to the left column that holds the button!

The icon is higher as the content above it is smaller. Use inline Rows to solve this, place the top 2 side icons in a row, then the bottom 2 in another row to have them aligned.

One more issue- i don’t see your slider background image…

Use your Media library, that’s what it’s for, you can’t count on external images for your website’s content.
