How about the theme options – will they still be there after the update?
Will Savia 1.3 work on WordPress 4.3?
What about the existing sliders after the update of Revolution Slider?

1. First off create a backup (I always use Duplicator plugin – mirrors everything in one nice installable package).
2. Go ahead, updating your version is explained in this thread:

Theme options will not be lost.

3. Yes, Savia works for WP 4.3, should you meet any issues make sure you contact me I will be happy to resolve it ASAP.

4. Revolution Slider Slides should be preserved.
