On a related issue, my password protected page also suddenly stopped working and will not show folders – spinning cursor just stops rotating. If I clear out browser history, the password page will appear but after entering the correct password it shows a locked up non-spinning cursor. I couldn’t find an option to password protect a section within a WPBakery so I had to resort to a full page link from the main menu.

What happens with the password protected page is once the browser history is cleared, the password dialog page will appear requesting the password. Once its entered and submitted, the busy cursor just continues into a never ending spin until I back out of the page. Again, I suspect its the FileAway plugin since it has not been updated for over 2 years and WP has pushed many new versions since that point in time. I am looking at replacing the Folder/File display plugin FileAway now to resolve the problems.
