I then cut the shortcode from the Visual tab and then switched to the Text tab and pasted the shortcode then went back to the Visual tab but just the shortcode appears as shown below. Am I missing a reference to the icons folder location somewhere?

I can provide an image of the problem here. It’s the question mark in the box that should be an icon ahead of the text link titled “Local Plan”.

For the inline icon shortcode you need an extra “icon” class, I will add this in the future version so it’s more clear. So it has to be like so:
