Issue: when viewing the homepage from a mobile device the product image locations aren’t consistent. Ideally we want it to display product image –> product name (heading) –> content –> contact us button.

Currently two of the products are displayed in that order (The Good Universities Guide and Studies in Australia). Issues with products: The Good Schools Guide and Australian Careers Service, images are getting pushed under the contact us button.

This is simply the order of the columns and how they are stacked on top of each other on mobile. If your text is in the first column it only makes sense that the it will go first as this column will be stacked first in that specific row.
You could possibly device a custom solution for what you are after. Normally place images in the first columns for all rows, then with custom CSS classes swap their position for big screen devices (float the first column right), then in mobile they will still stack as the first column. :)
