The Fortuna Theme img Popup page works correctly when I add my image to the default image gallery but mine is way smaller using the image gallery. What am I missing here?

Are you using a gallery element or a single image element. Or are you speaking of the portfolio grid, as I can see the images are from the demo Portfolio…

I am using the Visual Composer Image Gallery and I didn’t see Lightbox as an option for the single Image. Site is still on localhost so no URL available. I added 2 more pictures in the gallery and now it’s much larger. So, it must be sizing the pictures on the page as it builds the gallery. Well, maybe they look the same size – confused.

So which images show up larger the ones in the gallery or once you click on it and it zooms with the popup? The images above look the same size … :)
Or you mean in the gallery itself? The gallery stretches as much as it can, so if it’s in a small column the image will be small… you can change the Columns to make it show 2 on a row for example, then they will be bigger…
