Basically for the Demo to be imported (it’s quite big, in the theme update I am getting rid of the products and some of the images in order to reduce the issues with importing) you need the timeout limit increased and the memory limit increased. It would be best if you contact your hosting provider and ask them to import it (that way they will increase more if needed) otherwise you might be shooting at the dark, setting random values in.

What I did was I also increased the time limit in functions.php this is the location \wp-includes\functions.php

default is 60 seconds
@set_time_limit( 60 );
change this to
@set_time_limit( 300 );
