<p>The webhost has done some investigations and says the server is fine, its the theme not working well and cause server crash.</p>
<p>Do you have any solution for me because i cant do much editing before the server crash and the only solution im left with is change theme.</p>
<p>Could you please check what the issue is?</p>

<p>Sure doesn&#8217;t sound like a theme/WP issue &#8211; if it was you would get it all the time, php scripts don&#8217;t throw sporadic errors. Our theme has close to 4k live installations and we are constantly improving it and if there was an error would have addressed it.<br />
What exactly does the log say? Errors are very strict and descriptive, it is surprising your hosting would say something of the sort &#8211; &#8220;its the theme not working well&#8221;.<br />
What line of code in which file causes the error??</p>
<p>Let me see your URL and steps to reproduce please.</p>

						<p>The hosting service support very bad, first they say too many plugins can cause this and stuff and now theme, ive told them the theme has many sales and good reviews and also the plugins i use has often 1 million + installations.</p>
<p>They created another ticket and going to see the server logs, i had this issue long time, could you check please how i can improve or if its possible to solve or i maybe change webhosting?</p>

<p>It can happen when i go to my orders or sitekit or opening multiple products in multiple tabs, if i click on 5 products to open in a new tab, often the 4th and 5th tab will get this error.</p>
